An internal whistleblower reporting centre has been set up in our group of companies. This whistleblower reporting centre is set up in accordance with the provisions of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). The fundamental aim of the Act is to ensure that the applicable laws are complied with within our Group. In addition, the Whistleblower Protection Act protects whistleblowers from reprisals such as dismissal, salary changes or even the transfer of duties. The whistleblower reporting office is operated by external confidential lawyers, Claudia Vogel and Dr Stefanie Heinrich, https://vogel-heinrich.eu/.
You can find out what you need to bear in mind when submitting a report, how to submit a report and the procedure for processing a report by our trusted lawyers on the homepage https://vogel-heinrich.eu/fuer-hinweisgeber. There you will find the relevant tiles of our group of companies at https://vogel-heinrich.eu/unsere-vertragspartner.
Whistleblowers can generally choose whether they wish to contact our internal reporting centre or an external reporting centre. Further information on the external reporting centres and their responsibilities can be found here:
